Fall Run Road

Fall Run Road is the latest release in Milkit's Running Mix-Tape series. As the title suggests, it's custom made for a brisk autumn run.

The playlist eases you into fall, transitioning from warmer sounding tunes to cooler. Beware, the tempo picks up two-thirds of the way through, however, if you keep pace, you'll be rewarded with a cool down at the end of the mix.

Not every song is autumn-themed, but our team of athletes road tested the tunes and confirmed that the playlist is perfect for a nice fall run. (Just make sure your running shoes don't slip on any wet foliage.)
